When I met Kevin I knew what I wanted, but I did not know what I needed in a house (if that makes sense) but Kevin noticed that from the start. He realize that I was a trying father of a one year old baby girl and another girl arriving in a matter of months at the time, and I was desperate /determined not to be in a rental Apartment for the coming year.
